Our refund and cancellation policy is written in plain language. No hidden clauses, no surprises. Here is exactly what applies to every booking made through Welcomorocco.

Option 1 — Keep the full amount as a credit voucher valid for 12 months, usable on any future Welcomorocco booking.
Option 2 — Request a cancellation and receive an 80% refund. A 20% cancellation fee is retained by SafariAventure to cover administrative and driver allocation costs.
This is considered a last-minute cancellation. A 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund will be issued. The transfer fee is fully retained by SafariAventure.
If SafariAventure cancels your booking for any operational reason, you will receive a full 100% refund to your original payment method.
If a booking is cancelled due to force majeure events — including strikes, natural disasters, accidents, or other circumstances entirely beyond our control — a full 100% refund will be issued.
If your inbound flight is delayed by more than 8 hours, your transfer will be cancelled and the full transfer fee will be refunded to you. Please contact us as soon as you are aware of the delay.
If you do not appear at the pickup location within the complimentary waiting time, your transfer will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
If you dispute a no-show within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, and there is verifiable evidence that both you and your driver were at the pickup location but failed to meet, an 80% refund will be issued. 20% will be retained to partially cover the driver cost.
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking — through our payment provider PayPal.
Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider. This timeline is outside of our control once the refund has been initiated.
To request a cancellation or refund, contact SafariAventure by email at contact@welcomorocco.com as soon as possible.
Include in your email: your booking reference number, your full name, and your reason for cancellation.
We aim to process all cancellation requests within 24 hours of receiving them.
Changes to your booking details — such as pickup time, address, or vehicle type — can be requested up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup by emailing contact@welcomorocco.com.
Depending on the changes requested, the transfer price may be adjusted accordingly.
Changes requested less than 12 hours before your pickup cannot be accommodated. Your transfer will be operated as originally booked, or you may proceed with a cancellation as per the cancellation policy above.
