Welcomorocco is the online platform operated by SafariAventure, a professionally licensed passenger transport company based in Morocco. Welcomorocco enables travelers to book private transportation services across Morocco, including airport transfers, city-to-city rides, local transfers, and hourly chauffeur services.
By accessing or using the Welcomorocco platform and placing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users of the Welcomorocco platform, including travelers booking for personal or business travel, and travel agencies or tour operators booking on behalf of their clients.
SafariAventure, through the Welcomorocco platform, provides the following private transportation services across Morocco:
All services are operated by SafariAventure drivers holding valid professional Moroccan transport licences. Services are available 7 days a week, 365 days a year, subject to availability.
To place a booking on the Welcomorocco platform, you must provide accurate and complete information including: full name, email address, phone number, pickup location, destination, travel date and time, number of passengers, and any special requests.
A booking is considered confirmed only once full payment has been received via PayPal, our secure online payment provider. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct before submitting your request. Errors in pickup time, date, or location may result in a missed transfer for which SafariAventure cannot be held liable.
Bookings must be made with sufficient advance notice to allow driver assignment. SafariAventure recommends booking at least 6 hours in advance. For bookings made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time, confirmation is not guaranteed.
The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings made through Welcomorocco:
All cancellations must be submitted by email to contact@welcomorocco.com, including your booking reference number, full name, and reason for cancellation. For full refund processing details, see our Refund Policy at /refund-policy.
Changes to an existing booking — including pickup time, pickup address, destination, or vehicle type — may be requested up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup by emailing contact@welcomorocco.com with your booking reference number.
Changes requested less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup cannot be accommodated. In such cases, the transfer will be operated as originally booked, or the traveler may proceed with a cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
Approved changes may result in a price adjustment. SafariAventure will confirm any change and updated price by email before applying it to the booking.
SafariAventure provides complimentary waiting time at every pickup. The following waiting periods are included at no additional charge:
Counted from the actual flight landing time, not the scheduled time.
Counted from the scheduled pickup time confirmed in the booking.
Counted from the scheduled pickup time confirmed in the booking.
Flight tracking is included for all airport arrival transfers. If your inbound flight is delayed by more than 8 hours, your transfer will be cancelled and the full transfer fee will be refunded. Please notify SafariAventure immediately if you become aware of a delay of this length.
If the traveler does not appear at the confirmed pickup location within the complimentary waiting time, the transfer will be marked as a no-show. No refund will be issued for a no-show transfer.
The traveler has 24 hours from the scheduled pickup time to dispute a no-show by emailing contact@welcomorocco.com. If verifiable evidence confirms that both the driver and traveler were present at the correct location but failed to meet, SafariAventure will issue an 80% refund. A 20% fee is retained to partially cover the driver cost.
SafariAventure takes full responsibility for driver punctuality. If a driver is more than 10 minutes late to the confirmed pickup location, the traveler will be notified immediately by the SafariAventure operations team.
In the exceptional event that a driver fails to arrive, SafariAventure will either arrange an alternative vehicle as quickly as possible or issue a full 100% refund. No cancellation fee will apply in any case of driver no-show.
The traveler must declare the number of luggage pieces at the time of booking. This allows SafariAventure to assign the appropriate vehicle type.
One standard piece of luggage is defined as a suitcase or large backpack not exceeding 100 litres in volume. Items outside this definition must be declared separately. Special items requiring additional space or handling — including but not limited to baby strollers, pushchairs, wheelchairs, bicycles, surfboards, skis, golf bags, or large musical instruments — must be declared at the time of booking.
Failure to declare oversized or special luggage may result in the driver being unable to accommodate all items, and SafariAventure cannot be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience.
All bookings on the Welcomorocco platform must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely online via PayPal, our certified payment provider. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
The price shown at the time of booking is the final, fixed, all-inclusive price. There are no additional fees, surcharges, or hidden costs added after booking. The price covers the transfer from pickup to destination as specified in the booking, including tolls, parking, fuel, and driver fees.
SafariAventure does not accept cash payments. Payments made outside of the PayPal platform are not recognised and do not constitute a confirmed booking.

By placing a booking through Welcomorocco, the traveler agrees to the following obligations:
SafariAventure is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Welcomorocco platform or the provision of transportation services, including but not limited to missed flights, missed connections, or losses resulting from delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
SafariAventure's maximum total liability to any traveler for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the total price paid for that specific transfer.
Nothing in these terms limits SafariAventure's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under Moroccan law.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
