What you can change

You can request changes to any of the following details on your existing booking:

Pickup address
Change your departure point — hotel, riad, home address, or any other location within Morocco.
Drop-off destination
Change where you need to be dropped off — another hotel, city, or address.
Date & time
Reschedule your transfer to a different date or time, subject to driver availability.
Number of passengers
Add or reduce the number of travelers. A different vehicle may be assigned if needed.
Vehicle type
Switch between Sedan, SUV, and Minivan depending on your group size and luggage.
Flight number
Update your flight number so our team can track it accurately for your airport pickup.
Special requests
Add or modify requests such as child seats, extra luggage handling, or accessibility needs.

How to request a change

Requesting a change is straightforward. Contact SafariAventure directly by email or phone:

Include your booking reference number, full name, and the exact details you want to change.

Our team will review your request and confirm the change — along with any price adjustment — as soon as possible.

The sooner you contact us, the easier it is to accommodate your request. We recommend reaching out at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

Change deadline

More than 12 hours before pickupAllowed

Changes can be requested and confirmed up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Subject to driver availability and any applicable price adjustment.

Less than 12 hours before pickupNot possible

Changes cannot be accommodated within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup. The transfer will be operated exactly as originally booked. If you cannot proceed, please refer to our Cancellation Policy in the Terms of Service.

Price adjustments

If your change affects the distance or vehicle type, the price will be recalculated:

New price is higher
You will be asked to pay the difference securely via PayPal before the change is confirmed.
New price is lower
A partial refund for the difference will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Same price
If the change does not affect the distance or vehicle, no payment adjustment is needed.

SafariAventure will always communicate the updated price clearly before confirming any change. You are never charged automatically.

What cannot be changed

The following cannot be modified regardless of timing:

  • Changes requested less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Changes to a transfer that has already been completed.
  • Changes to a booking that has already been cancelled.
  • Changes that would make the transfer impossible to operate safely or legally under Moroccan transport regulations.

Flight delay policy

If your inbound flight is delayed, you do not need to contact us.

Automatic tracking
SafariAventure monitors your flight in real time. Your driver's pickup time is adjusted automatically — no action required on your part.
Extended wait time
Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes from your actual landing time at no additional charge.
Delay over 8 hours
If your flight is delayed by more than 8 hours, your transfer is automatically cancelled and a full 100% refund is issued.

Flight tracking applies to airport arrival transfers only. For city pickups, please contact us directly if your plans change.
